TOT (Transfer of Technology)

Transfer of Technology is the movement of data, designs, inventions, materials, software, technical knowledge or trade secrets from one organization to another or from one purpose to another. The technology transfer process is guided by the policies, procedures and values of each organization involved in the process.

Bangladesh Defense Industry has moved to an era where self-dependency has strongly evolved in the mindset of the policy makers. The hierarchy and decision makers are strongly focusing on in-house development. T/fore TOT is highly welcomed. We as a private entity are also focused on this sustainable element of development. We have gained some good experience and are also aiming to equip more.

Government-to-government (G2G) Projects

In order to maintain sustainability and reliability Bangladesh Defense hierarchy leadership developed the idea to conduct a G2G project to achieve better success. In such a way not only the foreign OEM’s get involved, but also the respective country’s concerned ministry gets involved too. Such procurement arrangements give assurance to deliver the right thing in the right manner. But it’s not always plain and simple to implement such collaboration. We have experience conducting such G2G projects. In order to become successful, we always strive to connect with OEMs who have strong liaison with their respective governments.

Over the period of time we have developed credible relationships with multiple foreign principals. Who has entrusted us due to our commitments and credibility. These valued principal of ours take care of the complex payment part of the Defense Procurement. Then give PG and negotiate with the other terms of payment and build a smooth bridge between the OEM and the Purchaser. This is one of the strengths of our years-long success.
